              NOTE: You can opt to EXPRESS PRODUCTION your order for $25 extra dollars that will move your order to the  front of the production line for the next BUSINESS DAY after you place your order. This typically cuts down the production time from 23 BUSINESS DAYS to only 6 BUSINESS DAYS, making the TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY TO YOU IN YOUR HANDS around 15 BUSINESS DAYS versus our normal 30 BUSINESS DAYS turn around.

~ Where should I store my food?

Our products are made of both freeze-dried and dehydrated components and are affected by temperature, moisture, oxygen and light. We do package our products in a light eliminating, food grade mylar bag with not 1, but TWO (2) 500cc oxygenators inside to help it stay as dry as it possibly can be.

Optimal storage conditions for our meals are cool but dry places.

To ensure your meals stay safe, it's important to store them in a place that can withstand a natural disaster or any other emergency situation and that is free of bugs or rodents.

For long term storage needs we suggest storing these mylar pouch meals in an air tight, lid sealing bin, tub, or bucket. 

 

~ How long are these meals good to last for?

We advise up to 25 years if stored in prime storage conditions:

 

  • NO LIGHT EXPOSURE TO PRODUCT UNTIL PREPARATION.

  • NO RIPS, TEARS, OR CHEW HOLES FROM RODENTS IN THE BAGS.

  • STORED IN A COOL BUT DRY LOCATION PREFERABLY IN A SEAL TIGHT CONTAINER.

 

~ How much water will I need?

Each of our individual gourmet meal pouches require 1 cup of water. 

 

~ What allergens are contained in your products?

Milk, soy, and wheat (gluten) are the common allergens found in our food products. For specific ingredients by product type please consult the nutritional labels. Our emergency food supply kits are designed to accommodate as many dietary needs as possible while providing long-lasting shelf stable food. As we do our absolute best to not cross contaminate, we do apologize but at this time we ARE NOT an allergen free facility. 

 

~ What is your Return Policy?

Because our products are made to order and are food based, we DO NOT accept ANY returns or exchanges on any food product.

Shelf stable food ensures that your emergency food remains edible even after long periods of storage, making it a vital component of any emergency supply. In a natural disaster, having food storage that lasts can make all the difference in your ability to thrive.
